I’m going to talk about Hitsumabushi. Hitsumabushi is one of favorite foods in Nagoya. Broiled eel is chopped and on rice.You should use chopsticks to eat this. You divide this into four. You can eat different 3 ways. First, you eat a cup of Hitsumabushi as it is. Second, you put wasabi or chopped scallions on Hitsumabushi and eat a cup of it. Third, you pour green tea over Hitsumabushi and eat as ochazuke. Finally, you can eat Hitsumabushi one of ways you like in them.
Why don’t you try to eat Hitsumabushi?
